Zelaya General Contractors was hired by the out-of-state homeowner to repaint the interior of my rental listing in Severn MD. Mr. Zelaya contacted me to gain access to the property for review of the scope of work to provide the homeowner an estimate. He was punctual and understanding about the work needed to get the property repainted promptly so that it showed better and could be rented quickly. There are several things that I liked about working with Mr. Zelaya–he understood what was needed, did what he said he would do in the timeframe provided, communicated regularly, left the work site clean, free of tape, splatters, brush marks and clean sinks and the job was beautifully done with the correct paint to impart a clean finish, reduce show through of natural wall imperfections and brush work. I look forward to recommending his company again for painting and other contracting work.
